I normally write essays using one language. And then I use ChatGPT or DeepL to translate them into other languages.
So for the essays after 2022.09, I mainly use English to write. And for the essays before 2022.09, I mainly used Chinese to write.
我通常用一种语言写文章，然后使用ChatGPT或DeepL将它们翻译成其他语言。
因此，对于2022年09月之后的文章，我主要使用英语写作。而对于2022年09月之前的文章，我主要使用中文写作。
通常、私は一つの言語でエッセイを書きます。そして、それらをChatGPTやDeepLを使って他の言語に翻訳します。
ですから、2022年09月以降のエッセイは主に英語を使用して書いています。そして、2022年09月以前のエッセイは主に中国語を使用して書いていました。

Information Sensitivity
I mentioned friends in my essays to highlight certain points. Most of the behaviors or statements I referred to are from public messages on the internet, such as blogs or public social media platforms of my friends. Some references are private, but I have observed similar behaviors online as well. Therefore, I believe I have the right to discuss them publicly. Most of these references are positive or neutral, and when I mention negative aspects, my intention is to point out problems to help improve things.
我在文章中提到朋友是为了强调某些观点。我提到的大多数行为或言论都来自互联网上的公开信息，比如朋友的博客或公共社交媒体平台上的内容。有些引用是私人的，但我也在网上观察到了类似的行为。因此，我认为我有权公开讨论这些内容。大多数引用都是正面或中性的，当我提到负面内容时，我的目的是指出问题以便改进。
